An agent to interview businesses about UN SDGs. Automatically generates an action plan, maximizing impact by replacing generic, static questionnaires.
Problem
The client wanted to extend awareness of actions businesses can take to advance the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
There were many potential participants and the client sought AI to maximise impact by avoiding use of a traditional questionnaire.
We've all filled out a questionnaire, frustrated that it didn't get to the burning issues. What if the questionnaire could interview participants, explore the issues, then, generate a personalised action plan?
Solution
We developed an agents to guide participants through the process. First an agent would interview the participant about their business and how it relates to each of the UN SDG's. The agent engaged the participant, clarified questions and researched relevant examples of UN SDG's applied to companies.
Having completed the interview, a second agent would draft a tailored report. This was comprised of examples from the client's industry of how others have implemented the goals. It sought to directly address opportunities or concerns raised by the participant in the interview.
The solution was flexible, including: the ability to edit the questions in the interview, manage invitees, review responses individually, edit the report template, maintain an auditable log of all communications.
